ive been looking at a lot of this recently because its interesting enough. i cant get a straight answer though to whether its legal or not...? some people say yes because its defacing a dollar, but i have also heard its only going to get you in trouble if you turn yourself in or something like that. either way, its an interesting kind of anti-distopian movement. dolla dolla bill yall and another
